We pride ourselves on shipping promptly. Our goal is to mail domestic orders within 24 hours of purchase. Allow an extra business day or two for international orders, as they must be mailed during hours when the U.S. Post Office is open. At Black Bunny Fibers, we do not charge handling fees or mark up our shipping costs. We charge only actual postage costs. We ship via the U.S. Post Office. Domestic orders are sent via Priority Mail and generally take 2 to 3 business days to arrive. In addition to speed, Priority Mail has the advantage of allowing us to minimize shipping costs by using Post Office-supplied Tyvek mailers; it also provides free tracking numbers. We will ship to any country in the world to which the U.S. Post Office delivers so long as the customer is willing to pay actual postage cost. International orders are sent via First-Class Mail (Airmail) wherever possible to minimize delivery time and cost.
